“My first experience with Auburn Sports Physical Therapy (ASPT) came in my junior
year of high school. Midway through the baseball season, I injured my elbow—preventing
me from pitching on an Auburn team that was sure to make a deep run into
the playoffs. As an important pitcher for the team, I searched for anyone
that could provide a rehabilitation program that might help me return to
the team.
When I discovered Joel Johnson
and his staff at ASPT, I knew I had found my only chance.
They were flexible with my busy schedule and offered
personal attention unlike any others. With only a few
short weeks of rehab, I was able to start in the state
semifinals at Safeco Field—a highlight of my high school
career. And the commitment did not stop there. I continued
to visit Joel and his incredible staff through the summer
and entered my senior football season as quarterback
with my arm stronger than ever.
Since that experience,
several of my teammates chose ASPT for various injuries,
and they all have returned with great reports. I am now
a sophomore on the baseball team at Stanford University;
I continue to visit Joel to ensure I get the best care
and to maximize my potential on the baseball field.
Without any hesitation, I recommend ASPT to anyone
who is dealing with an injury that needs fast and reliable
results.
My experience at ASPT was excellent.
I was treated with warmth and respect from the beginning,
and it quickly became clear that the trained and professional
staff takes
a personal interest in each and every patient. I absolutely
recommend ASPT to anyone! Mysincere
thanks to the ASPT staff, especially Joel, for aiding
in my recovery through a difficult time. "

"Who would think going to
physical therapy would be fun. I appreciate all of
the personal care and attention I received at Renton
Sports and Spine Physical Therapy (RSSPT). I also appreciate
getting better. I highly recommend RSSPT to anyone
who needs physical therapy. My therapy has been much
more focused and friendlier than the last time I had
to have physical therapy."

“My experience at LSSPT was excellent.
I was treated with warmth and respect from the beginning,
and it quickly became clear that the trained and professional
staff takes a personal interest in each and every patient.
I absolutely recommend LSSPT to anyone! My sincere thanks

“I injured both of my ankles water-skiing. My ankles
are stronger and are much better after coming to Lakeland
Sports and Spine Physical Therapy. I understand how to
exercise and stretch, and I continue to increase strength
and range of motion thanks to the knowledgeable and incredible
physical therapists at Lakeland. I am 52 and have always
been active in sports, mostly water-skiing and snow skiing.
I have had my share of injuries and physical therapy,
and Lakeland is one of the best programs I have experienced.
I am back water and snow skiing thanks to Lakeland Sports
and Spine Physical Therapy.”

“Joel and the staff at RSSPT helped me achieve a very
positive outcome from my shoulder surgery. I especially
liked the progression of starting slow and getting harder
with each visit. It is good to have someone who cracked
the whip and challenged me. Thanks to RSSPT, I am back
to normal. I highly recommend RSSPT to everyone”

“My physical therapy experience
was very positive and enjoyable at Lakeland Sports
and Spine Physical Therapy (LSSPT). I had PT at another
clinic for four months before I came to LSSPT. I felt
I got further in just a month from the excellent staff
and wonderful care I received at LSSPT than four months
at the other PT clinic. My experience was so positive
at Lakeland; Nancy is so positive and gives me hope.
You do not know how much it means to feel that someone
understands and really cares. I highly recommend LSSPT
to everyone!”

“I broke my ankle in three places: on each side and
in the back. Two surgeries, two plates and nine screws
later, I had to learn to walk again. I went to LSSPT
expecting to be given some exercises to do while I was
at the clinic and at home. To my surprise and much satisfaction,
I never expected to have such hands on therapy. My therapist
made me work hard. My therapist stretched and manipulated
my ankle. This wonderful treatment was nothing I had
ever experienced at any PT clinic before.
My family and I all go to LSSPT.
I am very impressed and pleased with the high level
of care and service the clinic offers. The loving and
caring staff does many of the exercises with me. When
I get frustrated or discouraged, the therapists remind
me how far I have come. From the time you walk in the
door until the time you leave, all of the employees
at LSSPT are friendly, encouraging, helpful and ALWAYS
professional. I know without a doubt that if I had
gone some other place than LSSPT, I would not be walking
as well as I am today! My experience at LSSPT has been
nothing but positive. I tell everyone I know about
the wonderful, caring and professional staff there."

“I have had two shoulder surgeries and a knee replacement.
For most of the last 18 months the outstanding staff
at LSSPT has treated me. Physical therapy can be slow
and painful, but LSSPT’s knowledgeable and caring staff
made my recovery quick and comfortable as possible. The
staff helped me to understand why I was doing the things
I was doing to get better and discussed these things
in a language I could understand. LSPPT is the best!”

“I’ve gotten so much stronger.
My shoulder feels less tension and stress. And they
(LSSPT) got me back on the ball field in no time after
my surgery. The employees are so great and caring and
I have gotten to know them on a personal level. ”
